FYI, Costco has their 10x10 instant canopy on sale for $235 at the moment, $65 off the regular price. These are pretty good quality for anyone that needs one. Mine held up great all last summer including some pretty torrential rain.

I was there yesterday, and they had some 10x10 canopies but I dont think they were the better quality ones. I ordered mine online last year, I think shipping was free and they dropped it off on my doorstep.
Mine came in a rolling bag about 5 feet tall, also came with detachable side panels
